Why Did I Build This?
I have had the same conversation a few thousand times. Somebody sits down across from me, apologizes for not understanding any of this, and then asks a question that is completely reasonable and that nobody ever bothered to answer for them.
Insurance is confusing on purpose. I am not. So I started recording the answers, one topic at a time, in the same plain English I would use if you were sitting in my office. There’s nothing to sign up for and nothing to buy to watch any of it. Watch what applies to you, ignore the rest, and if something raises a question, that is exactly what the button under each video is for.

Some things are easier to understand when you can stop and ask. Several times throughout the year we run a Medicare 101 session in person, and anybody is welcome to sit in on it, whether you are already a client, thinking about becoming one, or just turning 65 and trying to get ahead of the mail.
Mike walks through how the parts of Medicare actually fit together, what the real difference is between an Advantage plan and a Supplement, when you have to enroll and what happens if you miss the window, and the question most people are a little embarrassed to ask out loud, which is whether they need a supplement plan at all.
There is no cost to attend and nothing to buy. Just bring your questions.
